MACHINE APPLICATION

Vertical toggle coining press LLR 250 with upper drive is designed for stamping, extruding and sizing of flat as well as shaped components in cold and hot processing. It is especially convenient in large series and mass production of emblems, medals, coins, artificial jewellery, for calibrating of forgings and carrying joint operations. Ram stroke value is invariable, distance between table and ram is set up by device with independent reverse electromotor. During the movement the ram is pneumatically counter balanced.
